We have a Definity/Intuity Audix system and are able to retrieve voice mail messages internally ok, but we can't do it remotely. Can you please tell me how can i set this up?

There are several ways to do this. I assume that you IA hunt group number is a non DID and that is why you are asking this.

You could assign a DID as a station x port with coverage to vm. Then in the IA, 'cha auto-attend-routing routing-table' and enter your DID in the incoming called number and set the business schedule to 'login'.
