I have a client with an IP403 + DT 16 extension unit. The 403 has the standard Quad BRI trunk card, which is connected to 4 ISDN2 services (1 line plus 7 auxillaries). It is running version 3.2.
Strangely the 403 only sees 4 trunk lines (8-5) and will not detect the other 4 channels! ISDN2 service lights flash on these channels as though not connected to PBX.
If I restart the system and connect it only to the last 4 isdn channels they work correctly.
I have even tried another 403/Quad BRI, but get exactly the same result.
It doesn't seem to be possible to add the lines manually through the manager programme.
Can anyone suggest anything obvious I've missed!

I am NOT familiar with BRI at all. But, did you check Monitor to see if it shows your BRi trunks. I think it will show the trunks there..... But I have no experience with BRI.
Sorry No help. There are a lot more UK techs on Tek-tips. ALthough it is more of a "stuffy" board there, maybe you could get some more help there.
