Sorry two posts in one day!
Second issue concerns our own IP Office system, which seems to be randomly muting calls since upgrade to 3.2. Calls can be internal to internal, internal to external or also external in.
Sympton can be corrected by pressing the phone mute button twice, but this is rather frustrating and often callers will hangup before we get to speak.
All system phones are Avaya 2030s.

Think I've discovered the problem - the latest release for the 403 that supports the DT series phones is 3.0DT and I was running 3.2 - I'm in the process of trying to downgrade to check if this works. Just need the users to get off their phones - hope the config file will still read

Yep that seems to have sorted it - now just to resolve the missing BRI Line problem.....
