Techs, I have a Definity switch with an Audix attached. For some reason I have a person receiving call with Audix ports and extensions showing up on her display. Can someone tell me how to fix this. I have done a list usa on her extension and don't see any links.

Outcalling maybe....
For the command prompt: 'disp sys out' Notice your interval. Usually like 15 minutes or something. Then from tha IA main menu select voice system administration, then system monitor. You should see the outcall happen here in real time.

VW, I did all your commands but didn't see anything linking that extension. She says she keeps getting calls from the audix saying something to the fact that she has messages. I'm at a loss here.

Well, just offhand here, you might consider telling her to RETRIEVE HER MESSAGES! Apparently, for some reason the notification is not just showing as a MW. Liquidvw, could it be an older 74XX phone and the definity thinks it's newer, or vice-versa? John C. (Not Garand)

Sounds like outcalling to me. 'disp sub XXXX' and post both pages here. On page one there is a cos. 'disp cos X' paste both pages here.

Your right liguidvw...they just need to go to page 2 of sub screen and turn off "outcalling" for that sub...should clear up the issue.
