Have a Merlin Legend setup as PBX, secretary is setup with an MLX5 set as NON-operator. There are 2 incoming lines soon to be 3 or 4 which are on line pool 70. When a incoming call is answered by this set and a 2nd call is made incoming it rings other phones but not this phone. Can I set up this specific phone extension to receive multiple simultanuos incoming calls? Do I need to make it an operator with a different set other than MLX5? Or do I need to break up these lines into different pools?

You need to make her an Operator, AND, give her a phone with at least 10 buttons. She will get individual line appearances (instead of the generic pool 70, which receives calls on ANY line in the pool, and is unavailable for another call until she transfers it to someone else). She will also need some SA buttons, and probably Direct to Voice Mail to be efficient.
