I just bought a Partner ACS 3.0 system from a company that went out of business, and I have the manual but wasn't able to talk to anyone with the company who knew any admin passwords.
I'm hoping someone on here can PM me with details to reset the admin voicemail passwords so we can begin setting up the new phone system.

One of the downsides to purchasing equipment either off the Internet or a Private Sale is that the equipment may not have been fully defaulted.
This appears to be the case with the voicemail that came with your system.
For security and liability reasons, passwords are usually not posted out in the open or given out via PMs.
MDaniel (one of the Avaya Admins here) can remotely reset the Admin password for AT&T, Lucent or Avaya voicemail systems for a small fee that is much less than what Avaya will charge for the same service.
