I have an ACS 4 with 6 CO lines.
No line ownership assigned.
3 business' 2 lines each.
Originaly 3 18D sets, 1 for each business.
I added 2 more sets to 1 of the business'last Fri.
and the caller ID comes up fne, sets are set to ring. I also programmed those 2 lines for the 2 added Ext. in 317 and 318.
I put the call log key on the 2 new sets, F23 but still the only set that logs the calls is the original, which is also the lowest Ext.
Did I forget something or is this normal on a ver.4? I didn't try a reset.
Any ideas?
Thanks, MrG
