Sorry i really dont do much ACS stuff, but got thrown into this one.
Basic application.
1. 5x9 R7 with VMS card
2. AA is answering calls directly.
3. Option 1 from AA is transfering to ext 71 which is a calling group. This is working fine.
Issue 1: I would like other non-members of 71 to be able to have a visual indicator of when 71 is ringing.
Issue 2: If issue 1 is not possible for non members, then i will add more members to 71. Which brings up another question. If I have an extension that is a part of 2 different calling groups, can i name each calling group and have it display in the screen?

No unless you want to add external ring indicators which would be another extension configured for 71 only.
