We have a Avaya Definity system and there is an answer cover group. when more than one call comes in it works when the forwarding is internal, if we forward externally only one call works, the second, third... calls get a busy signal. Is there anyone out there that can give some advice. HELP.

What you describe makes sense if you are forwarding to an off-group number (one that doesn't hunt).
Can the external number receive more than one call at a time?
