Afternoon-
After not being an issue for 10 years we have had three complaints because users cannot spell by name, *A in the sub mailbox. We use generic, Sales 1, Sales 2, etc, etc. Can that offer be disabled somewhere?

just delete the auto attendant that does dial by name if they don't want it.

On certain revisions of AUDIX, there is a parameter at the top of the AutoAttn form that says something like, "Allow *T Transfer?" or "Allow Transfer out of AUDIX". That parameter should be stroked 'N'.
