I recently moved our comapanie's ACS 7.0 system to a new building. After installing the system, no changes to programming, same number of lines, module configuration did not change(012E, 308EC, ACS7.0, VM)basically just an equipment move. So anyway what was line 6 (bottom right button) and line 7 (second row left most button) no longer work, line 8 button now has line 6, 9 has line 7, 10 has line 8. Any ideas why this happened?

First :What version R.7?
Second: Are the cards positioned in the carrier in the order you listed above?

Are you saying there are 8 line buttons on the phone (34D) and they all work but the numbers assigned to them is incorrect?

System should be configured ACS in center, then left to right- 308 left most slot (slot #1), 012, VM.

If that's correct you need to check the order of your CO line connections.

At the phone, press Feature 00 to get into programming mode.

Then press each line button, and see if the display says what the label on the button says.

It's possible that the line appearances are not "square", and if so, you will be able to corrolate which telephone number should be connected to which CO port.
