Hello everyone - my customer's extension 101 and 107 can't call out. You get a busy signal when trying. Looked under extensions - restrictions and is set to no restriction. the only thing i have changed is while there to look at a call accounting issue, extension 101 had a primary cover 105 button on it which I removed. Prior to this site visit everything was fine. I can't imagine that would do it, but I don't work on these much anymore. Any Ideas???
Thanks in advance

Check Forced Account Code for those two extensions.

That checks out fine. Everything was working fine up until we removed the primary cover button for X105 from X101. There we not other changes made.

Well, then the usual solution is to do a print of those two stations, along with one that behaves peoperly. Then do a stare and compare to find and differences.
They can be restricted through FRL, restriction, forced account code, night service with exclusions, and some other ways I can't think of off the top of my head.

I had these type of problem on my Legend R7, V10 system. you can try the following methods: 1. Line or restriction copy - copy from X102 or 103 to 101. If not working, then 2. replace module. if not working, then 3. switch bad extension ports to unused ports, and renumber them or 4. reprogram the processor from default. Good luck!

#3 it was. Never figured out why they became restricted for no reason. Gotta love the Legend!!
