A customer of mine just purchased a Magix system with an 007MLM Voice Mail card. What are the default ports on the card ?
Thanks

Completely depends on what slot it is in, and what cards are slotted before it. It comes with two ports, and expansion modules can be fitted to it to expand to 4 or 6.

-AND- The 7th port is a MODEM for remote access to some rather limited diagnostics.
RULE NUMBER 2, "THINKIN' WON'T GET IT, YOU GOTTA KNOW!" RULE NUMBER 3, if you need TIER-3 SUPPORT on a LEGEND or MAGIX, go to http://home.comcast.net/~merlinman -

The system has the CPU in slot 0, 408 card in slot 1, 408 card in slot 2, 012 card in slot 3, 007 MLM card in slot 4 - System inventory reports it as a 012 card.
The programming software says no voice mail in the system.
The lights on the VM card go red during a reset then green.
I am looking for the ports used so I can call the card and see if it answers.
All of the documentation I have says to call the VM and login to the admin mailbox, I just don't know the number top call. I don't think any groups are set up.

You would need to put ports *0401 and *0402 in Callimg Group 770, and set that group as Integrated VMI/ Then you will be able to dial 770 to reach Voice Mail.
If that doesn't make much sense, feel free to PM me.
