I've got 4 stubborn extensions that ring 8 times before going to VM, all others go on 4. I thought it was in cover delay or delay forward but neither of these settings appear to change it. Thanks in advance for any help

Do any other extensions have Primary or Secondary Coverage for these problem children? Do a print of Ext.Info for them and have a look.

Once again TTT is the man - they had a primary cover on cordless phones so they could be mobile - I adjusted primary cover delay so now they get 5 instead of 8. Thanks
