When I try to go into the Networking administration menue I get a error that reads"networking module is not running". I've tried to reboot the Intuity to get in running bad I've had no luck, any suggestion. Thanks

Do you have the proper board with the NIC in the Intuity? You should see 2 RJ45's on the rear. One board with both DB9, RJ11, and RJ45. That's not it. You need a board with only a single RJ45.

He has the correct 8416 Lan card for the software load he is runing, 4.4.5. The problem is in the software on the hard drive and not the lan card. Liquidvw is talking about a PRO100 lan card with a single RJ45 that only workd in the 5.? loads.

Mike1122 do you have this? https://support.avaya.com/elmodocs2/intuity/audix/LX_r2/lx_r2_i1/index.htm This is the complete documentation (admin and maintenance) for your 2.0 Intuity.
