Can anyone outline the steps for station call forwarding to an outside number? Can this be set up on a button and activated/ deactivated by one touch? TIA

One touch, NO. It takes a bit of dialing to do this.

First, the Extension must be programmed for Remote Forward. Also, it is handy to have a FORWARD button assigned to the extension as well.

Once that is done, the procedure is:

Press the forward button > dial 9 and the number to be forwarded to > press the POUND SIGN (#).

If all is correct, the FORWARD BUTTON will light.
