Unified voice mail will require a Partner Messaging, and an Exchange Server.

Dial through computer can be done with a modem in the computer plugged into the Aux jack of the set. The computer's software should have a pop-up to dial, the modem will dial through the extension, the user will lift the handset to bridge onto the call, then they will have to click something to make the modem drop off of the call.

There is an "API" card available for the ACS that will cause the CID to be spit out of the SMDR port at the beginning of the call. This can be integraged with a database for the screen pops.

All of these integrations require stuff done "by others", as Avaya only provides the API card, leaves the integration to someone else.

Is the "Passageway" software an Avaya product?
Is it still available and have any of you used it?
