I think I've got an old Western Electric Rotary Dial.
I saw an old black one a while back that didn't even have a dial. It just has what looked like a wingnut that you moved back and forth to hookflash.

My parents got me one a few weeks ago, a bright orange GTE rotary dial one. The dial doesn't work right but it's still cool to have!

My first butt set was a Beco rubber with rotary dial. I was low man on the totem pole so thats what I got. This buttset was much older than I, but it still worked. I don't know where it came from, but it was tradition that the 'new guy' got the Beco. I eventually passed it on to the next greenhorn... Sandman has a picture of one and others here--> https://www.sandman.com/telhist.html

I have the rubber butt set I got when I first started with the dial you could use a pencil to dial with I also picked up 2 more somewhere and a brand new replacement dial for it still in the box. I think its a 103A or something like that. There NOT FOR SALE.
