We have a customer that has just taken our Toshiba switch out and installed a Definity G650 with IP 4610 phones at a remote site. They used to be able to page through the phones but are not able to now. Can this be enabled in programing or is the feature not available.

It would be a feature to be programmed...
but I'll leave it to a definity guru to give you more info if needed.

We were told this could not be done, any help pointing me in the right direction for the programming would be appreciated.

This should go to the installer forum.

I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!
