Do I use winspm to connect to the att merlin legend system? I couldn't get it to connect

You have to have 355AF adapter. Sometimes when I had a problems to connect I pluged in into SMDR first and then come back to Admin. It did helped.

OK thanks I'm a toshiba guy so i was trying the toshiba db9 connector, Thanks I will order a 355af and try

If you have one of the later versions of SPM you can select internal connection and connect to an analog port on the Legend. This way you do not need the 355AF. I'm also a toshiba man. Avaya makes very good switches.
