I do not know of an "EXCLUSIVE" hold for a MAGIX.
What are you attempting to do?

As far as I know, that feature isn't available on the Magix or Legend. Partner ACS has it. Check Avaya support docs just in case. Is the system in the Hybrid/PBX mode?

Exclusive hold is not available on Legend or magix.
The question is who put it on hold in the first place? One would have to look at other assignments such as calling groups and transfers.
There are a lot of good features on the partner system that the engineers never carried over to the magix.
There are ways to make it work on a legend so that nobody can pick up the call. But there is always red and green lights like a stop sign.
My best guess it's in key mode.

The closest feature to exclusive hold on a Magix is personal park: transfer, dial your own extension, transfer. It takes two intercom keys to complete the park, but it is "on hold" at that extension exclusively and the line will show busy at all other locations.

392 has a great point.
But please understand, the LEGEND was not something that was developed AFTER THE PARTNER, it was developed BEFORE the Partner, and those of us who had a chance to influence the design of the Partner did so at every opportunity.
Park is a good option, for sure.
