When using WinSPM's Pass Thru to access an Audix, what terminal type should be selected? I just pressed Enter when prompted for 386, but got some garbage charcters on the screen along with the function keys.

Tommy, I think you have to adjust baud rate and parity. Type of terminal will give you a different screen graphics but not a garbage.

The garbage may be noise between the admin port and the serial port on the RMD card. Otherwise, try 4410 emulation. 513 might work, but I've had issues with hidden, stray characters in changed passwords with 513 that never happen with 4410. Both utilize the F keys.

Tried again from the office, worked just fine by pressing enter to accept the [TERM=AT386] prompt. Must have been noise at home. Thanks for the input!!
