Hello, I programmed the system for caller id it worked great for about 1 week on extension 12 then all of a sudden it stopped working on all sets..Actually did not check the other sets because the only person that wanted it was extension 12....I have Call Log set at 10 Call Log buttons on extensions 10,11,12 and 17 the voice mail picks up on immediate...Can any tell what programs im missing or does the voice mail need to ring more then once to see the call coming in? Right now when it transfer it says Voice Messaging System....Please Help Thanks

Yea, you will need to have about a 1 ring delay before the AA picks up in order to get the CID info.

If you monitor a CallerID line with a buttset, between the 1st and 2nd ring you will hear a data splash, which is the CallerID info being transmitted. As you have now learned, if you're set for immediate, the CallerID info is never transmitted.
