Forgive me, but I have not been onsite for this, and I am not very experienced with Avaya.
I got a call from someone who needs more message space on their Voicemail. They just recently had this installed, and I am not sure why they didn't ask their installer. The system is a Partner MLS34D. They say they can only store like 40 messages, and would like something more like 200 or so.
Any insight? Tell me what you need to know and I will find out.
Thanks in advance for any help.

MLS 34D is the phone. Not the system. Will need to know what mail they have.
Partner Mail Partner Mail VS Partner Messaging PC card Mail (PCMCIA card that slides into control unit) Or they may have a third party mail.

From what I read it sounds like a VS, earlier ones could have 40 and the VS5 would have 48, they will need to get a R7 messaging unit which will give them 200 max. The reason they didn't call there installer is that they must have gotten this off the net or ebay or it's gray market, because this stuff is old.

You talking about more mailboxes or the storage time of the mailboxes they have?

The unit is Partner Mail. PM 04?????
Any way to add-on to this or do they need a different vm unit?

NEVERMIND.
the vm they were asking about is on an answering machine on the actual single line telephone that isn't even connected to the Partner system.
Thanks for the info though.
