I was thinking, maybe there should be separate forums for the different Avaya systems (or at least one for Definity and one for everything else).

This forum easily gets the number of posts and multiple other forums on this board, and it would be a lot easier to find information and answer questions if they were separate.

This level of separation would be nice in a perfect world, but every manufacturer has various product lines. We understand how you feel, but if this attention was afforded to every product line, we would have ten or more screen pages of product categories before visitors reached their particular system.

There has to be a comfortable point of separation and honestly, Definity is one of the systems that receives a fairly small amount of requests for support here.
