I think we have a bad Hard Drive on the Octel VMX 100, I have managed to build a serial cable and get the MAINT pw, so I ran the tests:

Any hope for getting the software to rebuild onto a new drive (I have a few older SCSI drives that should work, but no way to load the software)?

If that's not practical, will a Toshiba Strategy voicebrick work to replace this?

It's connected to a DK280 system that I don't know very well...

Any help is much appreciated.
