Hi All...
Not sure how this would have happened but it just did...we have a small Partner(1 unit...no expansion...basic VM) in one of our remote offices. Out of no where the AA stopped picking up and just goes right to one users voice mailbox. I had the user at the other site log in to the general mailbox to see if it was full and answered and it did. Box was empty. Any idea on how this would change and how I can change it back?
Thanks Joe

Forget it...the dopey person re-recorded their message this morning and hit 0 instead of pound and recorded their greeting over the AA.

Yup, I'd suggest you change (and document) the password on the System Admin mailbox.
User logging into 10# misses the 1, ends up in system admin, where 3 is record the auto attendant prompt (3 in a mailbox is record personal greeting.)
