Any chance someone could point me in the right direction to removing a button labeled pool 891- D? Normally I would just do a cover ext so it could be removed / added using ext programming. the company i work for no longer sells avaya - this is our last one out there. Thanks in advance for any help!

As it's a pool button, you'll have to do it from the console phone, or from WinSPM software.

You need to know which lines are in pool 891 first.

Then, if you remove JUST ONE of the lines in that pool from the extension, it will remove the pool button.

Menu > System Program > Exit > Lines and Trunks > Pools > 891 > Enter > Direct Entry > Inspect

Now you should be able to see the line numbers that are in pool 891.

Next, back up to Extensions > Lines and Trunks > dial the extension number > Enter > Direct Entry > dial ONE of the lines that is in pool 891 > Delete

Now it should be gone!

Also you can press any Red light represented those Polled lines and they will distinguish meaning removing lines from Pool and removing Pool button from Extension.
