Have a Partner ACS R5, 1-308EC,8 18 button sets and 4 CO lines. When putting four headset adapters with corded headsets the customer can hear but can’t be heard at all locations. We measured the CO lines and they all have extremely high loop current. The sets without the headsets work fine. Called Plantronics tech support, but couldn’t resolve the issue. Has anybody run into this? We have used the same headsets at different locations with no problem. Thanks
