First time working on IP Office. I have port 8 on the DT not working. Any suggestions on the probably causes? Swapped out phones, rebooted CSU (that cleared a wierd tone on another extension when you went off-hook. That was also interfering with intercoming other stations).

If you have tried that port at the control unit, and still doesn't work, then I would say that you have a bad port.
