Have a Partner ACS (Probably 6.0, but I'll check). Does this system have the capability to handle analog DID trunks, or better yet, a PRI? If so, what type of interface card will I need? I know this elementary, but I have no clue

No on the PRI. The Partner ACS (starting with the R6 I believe) can handle DID, but you will need to purchase the T1 module and order T1 service from a provider (or see TTT's suggestion below). laugh
