:bang: I have a IP Office and I have a user that when I call in and leave a message nothing happens. she go's check but there is no message. I looked at her profile to see if there was a space after the name. I thought maybe that might cause it to not be delivered. Does anyone have any ideas?

You have to make sure that she is sitting and checking out the same mailbox you are leaving message for. She might think she is at ext. she thinks she at but in reality it's different one.

Run debug view, it will tell you exactly which extension you are in and leaving a message for. Then have the user check for the message. You will then see what extension she is checking......
