Hi,

My small business needs a new phone system, We currently use an NEC Elite and do not like it. The new system must include voice mail and caller id.

First vendor (who installed the NEC) charged a 2-hour minimum, even when return vists were the result of his not doing the job correctly the first time.

Second vendor gave proposals for a new system, said he would get answers to some questions we had, then just vanished.

Looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgable, and reasonable to put together a proposal that will meet our business needs. If you are that person, please provide your contact information and I will get in touch with you.

Oops. I guess it would be helpful to know what state I am in. We are located in Alameda County, California. Thanks.

One other feature we would like -- the ability to control the system remotely. Specifically, we would like to be able to turn call forwarding on/off from a remote location (if such a thing is possible).
