We are having trouble with one line in particular (line 10) displaying the caller IDs. I called the provider (Nuvox) so they could check it, and they said it for sure was being pushed out to us. When I physically swapped lines 9 and 10, the caller ID followed the phone number (i.e. now line 9 does not show IDs but line 10 does). I verified #318 is set to all active lines 1-10. To me this has got to be the phone co. unless I am missing something.

Am I correct in assuming a Partner system?
Make sure that all your lines are either on an ACS processor or on an "EC" expansion mod. (206EC, 308EC etc.)
Other than that there is no setting, other than the phone having to ring on the lines for the CID to be displayed. #318 is call logging and it's not necessary to have it enabled for CID to be displayed when the call comes in.

Yes, sorry it is Partner R7. Ok, this makes sense. Our modules are 206E 4.1, 206EC 4.1, and 400E 3.1. So all the lines plugged into the 206E and 400E aren't going to display caller ID (which I just verified they don't). I guess I now know what the "C" stands for
