We are working on a Definity that has night service set up by time of day this works fine but they need a way to overide this option whenever they choose so calls can be sent somewhere else; maybe a night key on the console. Can anyone point me in the right direction

What type and version Definity are you working on? What is the voice mail?
Are you looking to have an auto attendant answer during business hours and then press a night button to put on the after hours options?
