Im trying to get into a system from a remote location using win spam but neither cra**** or com**** work as the password. Can someone PM me the instructions on getting this reset.

the only way to reset it, is to be onsite connected via the admin port. Connect up and change the password.

You have to connect to the ADMIN PORT on the Processor with a computer or laptop and use WINSPM Software.
