Trying to learn Definity on the fly, not by my choice. I have 3 incoming co lines trying to ring 4 phones. I added the 3 lines to a trunk group. Default busy is 99. Set the destination to an extension, then set coverage path to call forward all to a coverage answer group with the 4 phones in it. Everything works for the first two calls, but the third call gets busy tone. I have 3 appearance buttons on all phones. What have I missed?

if you are testing with one phone and trying to get 3 incoming calls on that phone, then the answer is that the 3rd call appearance is restricted for a conference or transfer. To get around that, add more call appearances or change restrict last appearance to N on page 2 of the station form.

I'm using cell phones for the testing. I tried adding call appearance one of the phones to no avail. I tried adding a second CAG button, but it didn't like that. Do I need to build up some elaborate coverage path scheme to cover the coverage path?

please post a list trace of a good call and a failed call. Also status the trunk group. All 4 lines are inservice/idle, correct?

Sorry, I'm new to definity. How do you do a list trace? On the Trunk group, there are only 3 lines, I've got 4 terminals in the coverage group. I can call each of the lines individually and it will ring in. If one call is active, the 2nd call rings in. It's the third call that gets a busy signal. What would limit a CAG to only two calls?

'list trace tac X' for the trunk
and 'list trace stat XXXX' for the station.
