I have a customer that has a 308 processor and a large voicemail card. For some reason the mail just stops working. I turned off the switch removed the card, re-seated the card turned the phone switch back on..... it works. Next day I get a call, same thing is happening. Never had this happen before......is it the PC card or the 308 processor?? All the programming is correct on the switch as far as I can tell. I get a busy when dialing Int>777 or Int>78 or 79. Anyone have any ideas??
Thanks

I first changed out the processor because it was a R.7. But that didn't help. Changed out the VM card and it is still running today.
