I have 3 IP Office units, 2 406v2 and one 500 unit that I am trying to upgrade to 4_2_14 software. On one of the 406v2 units, I was going from 3_1_46 software, and the upgrade wizard worked well and it now shows that the unit is running at 4_2_14. The other 406v2 unit and the 500 unit, are running 4_2_11 software. However, when I go to the upgrade wizard on both units, it says that the current software version is 4.2 (45019) and does not show 4_2_14 as even being available to upgrade them. I am going to be networking these 3 systems together, so I would like them to all be running the same software version. Any ideas what is going on? I am using the same laptop and manager software to upgrade all 3 units. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Do you have other versions installed on your laptop? Uninstall them all and only keep 4.2.14

I only have one version installed on the laptop. I will uninstall it, reboot, re-install, and try the upgrade again. Will let you know what happens.

I uninstalled the IP Office Admin Suite off of the laptop, and re-installed 4_2_14. Now, when I attempt an upgrade, it shows the current version as being 4.2 (49501) with 4.2 (14) being available. However, when I attempt to proceed w/ the upgrade, it does its initial check and then it fails. Then gives me an error stating that all selected units failed to transfer. I know I am entering the correct password to proceed w/ the upgrade, as that is the same password I use to retrieve my configuration. Any ideas?

I figured out my problem. I was not using the correct system password. After digging thru some records, I found someone had changed the system password and not notified anyone. All is well now! Thanks for your time!
