I have a few phones that have the MWI turned on always on an IP Office 406, I have looked in the short codes did not see any to turn it off.
Has anyone created a shortcode for that?

I had that problem once on a 5420 phone connected to IPO 406v2 and Voicemail Pro. There were no new messages in the users mailbox, yet the light would not go out. After trying everything I could think of, I simply unplugged the phone and plugged it back in. The light went out and everything has been fine since. Don't know if it will help, but just a thought.
