What is the code to do call park and call pickup. I see how to put them on buttons but phones small and need to scroll for the park buttons. Nortel is easy but the Avaya seems a little diffrent.

You'll actually have to create short codes for Park and Unpark.
A default configuration will have *37*N# for park and *38*N# for unpark.

That is one of the beauties about the IPO, you can pretty much do with it what you want with creating short codes.
