I'm wondering if I missed a step somewhere in PRG. I have 6 sta w/ DSS buttons for voice annouce (feature 00, (button)Intercom * XX), I can select the sta I want and talk through, but if the user responds I can't hear them, this goes for all sta. Thanks

I don't know if you've checked this already but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.
Is the LED indicator next to the Mic / HFAI button lit? If not, press the Mic / HFAI button to illuminate the indicator and turn on the Microphone for Hands Free Answer on Intercom. I believe that the default is off to act as a privacy feature.
Please forgive me if this is too basic. I've seen people get tripped up by this cryptic label before and the symptoms match.

Not too basic, that's exactly what the problem is. Remember also that the Mic/HFAIs will return to off if the phone is disconnected or the system loses power. So they have to be checked every once an a while.
