I have a tech in the field needing documentation for an Avaya system. I have access to manuals, user guides, etc., but I'm not sure of the release of this system. The tech gave me the following information:
Avaya, Partner Advnaced Communication System, Model # 103R-100-200, Ser# 70031674.
What can you tell me about this?

Have your tech press "Feature 59" from any display phone and it will tell you what release.

Nothing. Do Feature 59 like Mike says if you really want to know. Otherwise look at the R6 or R7 docs.
