I have a partner mail and I'm trying to upgrade from a 4 port 20 mailbox to a 4 port 40 mailbox using an expension card. I have installed it but it is still saying it only has 20 mailboxes. Someone told me to default the expension card, but I dont know how to do that.

So can you default only the exp card? Not the actual voice mail just the 4x40 exp card.

There is no defaulting an expansion card. Mike should be able to answer your questions off board.
