I need to order some new handset cords for some Partner 18D Series 2 "white" phones. What is the proper name of the "white" color? It is for my residence so I want it to be a good match. A regular "white" handset cord doesn't seem to match very well.
Also, does anyone know where to order the rubber "feet" on the bases of these phones? A few of mine have fallen off. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks mdaniel!!
I am assuming that the (white) series 2 phones are "ultra light gray" and the series 1 are "cool white"? I have both and they are not the same shade of white.

Both started out the same color. They tend to change over time, especially when next to a window for instance. It's going to be real tough to color match a handset cord to a faded or yellowed phone. All you can do is the original color. Me thinks your customer is too fussy if they can't accept that and if they can't, sell them new phones. The cords will always match then.

Thanks Hal.
The phones are new but don't look the same color. Perhaps the series 1 phone is new old stock and has changed color with age. It is for a high end residence and they just asked that the cords match the phones as good as possible.
P.S. I am the "customer". I suppose I can always just buy more series 2 phones if I am not able to find good matches.

More likely it is a refurb with the original plastics or after market plastics.
The handset cords are available, at least in the original color. We swap out many for 25 footers. Never had anybody complain about the color.

FYI
Spoke to XXXXX XXXXXX today. My assumption was correct. The series 1/Euro sets are "cool white" and the series 2 sets are "ultra light gray". They are "not" the same color.
