I have Magix customer that when the calling party uses Intercom Voice, the called party hears the call but they calling party cannot hear them. I assigned a HFAI to the two stations in question, and it still doesn't work. I have the maunual for a 1.0, the customer is running 2.0 or 2.2. I tried to enable MIC disable and it says to toggle it by the LED. I don't have a LED??? The sets in question are 4412D's and I am programming from a 4424D. Any suggestions? Thanks

When the originating party uses Intercom Voice, is the problem when using the speaker phone, headset or handset or some combination?
The microphone disable feature is for MLX telephones. The "Mute" button would be used to disable the microphone on the 4412D+ telephone.

Check to make sure the HFAI button is programmed to a button that has an LED. The feature will not operate otherwise. AND, the HFAI button LED must be lit BEFORE a user makes voice call to the HFAI station.
