Does anybody know if there is a back door admin password for these things. I have a customer that can't remember the password and after 10 years of not calling for service from us or needing any changes, they need changes. Customer wasn't and isn't in our database , but my boss remembers them. any who, is there a back door password? Thanks guys!!

Would you be talking about a third party VM like Duvoice?
