There is a whole lot more to programming the Definity than just having a manual. This is not your typical key system; it is a full-fledged PBX with binders full of documentation. Are you sure that you want to get into something like that?
You might try the manuals link in the top-center of this page.

https://support.avaya.com has all the documents. There is a lot there. I started reading the doc's in 1996 and I'm still not finished. Good luck!

And you'll need the version and release, so you don't try to implement something that isn't there! Oh, and the password(s). And to paraphrase what others have said, it ain't no fun without training! John C.

What is the hardware platform and Definity software version. Maybe I can help with a link to what you're looking for.
Legacy hardware platforms include: Hardware platforms VS - single A carrier wall mount g3vs system (very small) CMC - Compact Modular Cabinet, prologix chain 3 carriers together A,B,C MCC - Multi Carrier Cabinets A,B,C,D,E carriers (can support 5 PN per cabinet) SCC - Single Carrier Cabinets A,B,C,D carriers stacked (75XE) G3R - can be up to 44 Port Networks which are combinations of MCC and SCC
s75, s75xe, G1, g3s, g3vs, g3si, g3csi (prologix), g3r, Definity One, IP600. These basically support the older loads prior to R011. This would include r1v1 - r1v3, g1 (also r1v4), g3i (also r1v5) (tape)
g3s i286 (intel) (tape), and mips (g3r) tape(s) + Hard Disk(s) g3v1, g3v2 g3s, g3vs, i386 (intel) (flash card), and mips (g3r) tape(s) + Hard Disk(s) g3v2s, g3v3, g3v4 g3si (raptor/mips) (flash card), and mips (g3r) tape(s) + Hard Disk(s) g3v5, g3v6, g3v7, g3v8 g3si (raptor/mips) (flash card), and mips (g3r) removable media + Hard Disk(s) g3v8, g3v9, g3v10, g3v11
g3v7, g3v8, g3v9, g3v10, g3v11, g3v12 NT platforms - Definity One, s8100, IP600
R011 loads were referred to as MV (Multivantage) R012 and higher - CM (Communication Manager) CM2, CM3, CM4, CM5, CM6
MV1 g3v11 g3si, g3csi prologix (raptor/mips) (flash card), mips (g3r rem-media) and linux MV Multivantage (intel)
CM2 g3v12 g3si, g3csi prologix (raptor/mips) (flash card), and linux CM (intel)
CM3 g3v13 g3csi prologix (raptor/mips) (flash card), and linux CM (intel)
CM4 g3v14, CM5 g3v15 linux CM (intel)
