I have a customer with a partner messaging, they want to be able to dial the extensions directly 10, 11, 12 and so on. I have option 1 set as a direct extension transfer to extension 10. Every time someone calls in and dials 11 the system recognizes the 1 and sends the caller to 10. How do I fix this?
Thanks

First, there is no Partner Messaging R.5. Partner Mail VS R.5, Yes. Set selector code 1 for "direct extension transfer" option 5.
Sounds like you have selector code "1" set for selector code transfer.

Yes you are correct, I went into the admin prompts and there was no option to delete. what do I need to change it to or how do I delete that extension?
