I am pulling SMDR data down with no problem but for some reason my reports show IN for inbound calls instead of the number that called in. I made sure that SMDR was set for IN/OUT calls. The lines are copper. Before we started using the auto attendant you could see inbound caller ID on the handsets. After the auto attendant was used it only shows " voice messaging system" on the phone display. SMDR was setup after the auto attendant so I am not sure if that is causing the problem.
Any help would be great.

You need to have about a 1 to 2 ring delay before the AA picks up. What release Partner system do you have. Will need to know that before we can say if you will get CID off of the AA on the phones.

Thanks for the quick reply. I changed the ring delay to 1 instead of zero. Unfortunately it rings everyone and a sales person picked up before the AA did. I looked at the SMDR and the IN was gone and the caller ID was there. I guess I need to figure out how to make the phones not ring and the calls go to the AA with the one ring delay then to the sales group.
I cant remember the version of the system. I think there was a feature code to type to get it but I cant seem to find it.

"Feature 5 9" on any system display telephone will indicate if you have a Partner ACS and which release it is.

Dave, just set all of your phones to no-ring or delayed ring. You could use delayed ring that way if for some reason your VM crapped out, you would still get incoming calls.
And Yes, with a R.6 you will get CID to the phone from the AA.
